French is this site’s default language. A visitor arriving with no known preference receives the French version, and the whole of the content is available there.

An English version is offered, on terms of accessibility and quality that are equivalent, as permitted by section 52 of the Charter of the French language. No information exists in English without also existing in French.

The songs, recordings, texts, photographs and all graphic elements of this site are protected by the Copyright Act. They belong to Nate Couture or are used with their authors’ permission.

Any reproduction or distribution, in whole or in part, is forbidden without prior written agreement.

Media and promoters wishing to use photos or excerpts to announce a show may ask by email. Permission is usually granted quickly, along with the high-resolution press kit.

Some live photographs show the audience. They were taken at public events and serve only to illustrate the artist’s work.

If you recognise yourself in a photo on this site and want it taken down, write to the address below: it will be removed, with no argument and no need for you to justify yourself. That is articles 35 and 36 of the Civil Code of Québec applied, and it is also basic courtesy.

This site links to external platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and Spotify. Those sites have their own policies, over which Nate Couture has no control. Visiting them is your own responsibility.

No law imposes an accessibility standard on private business websites in Québec. This site nonetheless aims at level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, version 2.1: verified contrast, full keyboard navigation, alternative text on photographs, animation switched off for anyone whose system asks for it, and a consistent heading structure.
